"The Carolinas Region is the largest geographical region in PCA. Our region covers most of NC and SC. Because of our size we are divided into six Areas. The Region publishes a monthly newsletter "Tobacco Roads". We host four Driver's Education Events a year as well as a PCA Club Race. Hurricane Region, PCA (HUR, PCA) is part of Zone 3 and covers the Eastern half of North Carolina, from the Triangle Area (Raleigh / Durham / Chapel Hill) to the coast, and south into Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. As of April 1, we had over 370 members. Our bi-monthly newsletter is published here online, and while many of our meetings are held in the Raleigh area, our events take place throughout the Region, including Wilmington.
